Macadamia Nut Tilapia

Ingredients: 

3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 scallions, minced
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 tilapia fillets (4 oz. each) or other white fish as desired

Garnish
1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted, toasted macadamia nuts
2 scallions, finely minced
1 Tbsp. toasted macadamia nut oil (or other aromatic oil such as sesame or walnut)
