1 28 oz can Italian plum tomatoes
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 yellow onion, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch dry oregano
Salt and pepper
