1 3/4 tbsp Grand Marnier
1/2 tbsp sweet Marsala
1/4 cup Mascarpone
6 Amaretti cookies
1 place two cookies each in two large wine or cognac glasses. Splash half tbsp of Grand Marnier in the bottom of each glass, moistening the cookies.
2 In a mixer beat the egg yolk and sugar until pale and thick. Beat in the remaining liqueur and wine. Add the mascarpone and beat until smooth.
3 Spoon mixture into glasses and chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with cocoa powder and a Amaretti cookie on top.
