6 potatoes
1 container sour cream
8 oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese
6 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Boil potatoes until soft
Mash potatoes with small amt. of the potato water
Add all other ingredients
Mix well with electric beater
Top with paprika and butter
Bake at 350 at least 1 hour
