2 lb. Ground Beef
2 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. Grated Romano cheese or Romano/Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Minced parsley, Grammy uses about 3 handfuls
1 clove Garlic, Grammy uses minced
1 c. Milk
4 Beaten eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
A couple slices of fatback (salt pork) I use olive oil instead of the fat.
