Meatballs with ouzo and mastiha

Ingredients: 

250 g minced pork

2 eggs

1 large onion (finely chopped)

1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)

1 tomato (grated)

2 big barley rusks (soaked in water and squeezed well)

1 tbsp vinegar

4 tbsp ouzo

1/2tsp mastiha powder - cooking mastiha

50 g extra virgin olive oil

lemon salt

ground black pepper

1-Φεβ bunch of parsley (finely chopped)

olive oil for the frying part

flour for the breading part
