1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsps vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
Meat
1 package soda biscuits (crackers)
Dash HP sauce
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Beat egg, mix with meat, ketchup, HP sauce, onion
Soda biscuits (crushed),milk
Press into meatloaf pan
Spread topping over meat
Cover with foil which is removed for last 15 min of cooking time
Bake @ 350 for 1.5 hours
