Meatloaf (My Own Modified)

Modified from the recipe off of a Campbell's Tomato Soup can.

Can substitute tomato sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and water for 1/3 of a can of Hunt's Meatloaf Tomato Sauce. After cooking an hour, pour another 1/3 of sauce over meatloaf and put it in for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 

1 pound ground round beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup tomato sauce of your choice
1/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1/4 onion, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/8 tsp black pepper
Dash of Italian seasoning to taste


  1.  Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and transfer to a pan
  2. Place in oven preheated at 350 degrees for about an hour, until cooked.
  3. (Optional) Take 2 tsps of drippings, some leftover tomato sauce, some ketchup, and a bit of Worcestershire sauce and mix in a bowl. Heat and serve over meatloaf.
