1 cup lentils green
1.5 cups water, boil until lentils puff, add 1/2 cup bulgur and 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon salt. Mix put on med let cook until water is absorbed. Turn off cool sliced onions in oil until brown and crispy, add on top of lentil/bulgur. Cover then serve in 10 min with jakuxk or salad
