The beans and kale dish was pretty simple actually, lots of garlic and shallots, vege stock to cook the beans with, sauté with mushrooms & kale with more garlic and olive oil, salt & pepper, thyme, and some Moroccan spices and paprika….. The dish did soak up a lot of salt; I kept adding more.
