Mexican Pineapple Cake

Ingredients: 

1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
2 cups flour (not sifted)
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1/8 lb margarine, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Stir ingredients together, add chopped nuts.
  3. Grease 9"x13" pan.  Pour mixture into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  4. For the frosting, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and melted margarine together well.
  5. Frost while cake is still warm.
