Ingredients: 

1 cup Gold Medal unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for dusting
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 medium eggs
8 1/2 ounces, or 1 generous cup finely mashed sweet potato
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 can Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting
2 tablespoons brown sugar
