Mint leaves – ½ cup
Tamarind paste – 1 cup
Dry red chilies – 10-15
Split White Urad Dal – 2 tablespoons
Chana Dal – 2 tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – ½ tablespoon
Garlic pieces – 5-6
Salt as required
Mustard seeds – ½ tablespoon
Curry leaves – 4-5
Oil – 3-4 tablespoons
