Ingredients: 

2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
5 cups (1.1 L) water
14 oz (400 g) minced molokhia (jute) leaves. If frozen, allow time to thaw.
1/2 tsp (2 ml) cumin
1/2 tsp (2 ml) coriander powder
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground black pepper
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt, or to taste
2 Tbsp (30 ml) butter or ghee
5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
