Mongolian Beef

Notes: 

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
When I make this I omit the fried noodle part. I use cooked white rice or cooked thin spaghetti instead. I also triple the sauce in the last step.

Ingredients: 

2/3 pounds flank steak
Marinade:
1 teaspoon rice wine or dry sherry
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Other:
(4 cups oil for deep-frying ) optional see note
(1 ounce rice noodles) optional see note
1 Tablespoon hoisin suace
1 Tablespoon hot bean suace
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
8-10 green onions, chopped in 1 1/2 inch lengths
