Mongolian Beef

Ingredients: 

½ - ¾ cup canola oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
⅔ cup brown sugar
1.5 pound steak (flank, ball point, flat iron, etc)
salt
onion powder
garlic powder
Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic seasoning (optional)
corn starch
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (green parts only)
½ vidalia onion, sliced
