1 bag of cooked glutinous rice flour
5 cups water
5 cups sugar
3 drops vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. banana/grapefruit/coconut oil
1 bag of mung bean or lotus seed
1. Knead rice flour, water, sugar, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until dough- like. Knead with hands, and remember to gradually add the water.
2. Mix the mung bean or lotus seed and the banana/grapefruit/coconut oil in another large mixing bowl.
3. Get a clump of the rice flour mixture, and get half the size clump of the mung bean or lotus seed mixture.
3. Roll the 2 clumps into smooth and separate balls, then thickly flatten the rice flour mixture out. Add the other mix to the centre and wrap with the rice flour mix into 1 smooth ball.
4. Put it into the moon cake tin and bang out. Repeat steps 3-5 until there is no more dough left to use.
