Ingredients:

260 gr de harina
320 gr de azúcar
4 huevos
2 cditas aceite oliva
2 cditas aceite girasol
600 gr zanahorias
2 cditas canela, bicarbonato, polvo de hornear
80 gr nueces

Tamizar secos
Rallar zanahorias grueso
Batir huevos con azúcar hasta que queden blancos y espumosos
Agregar aceite
Agregar secos
Agregar zanahoria y nueces

Horno medio a fuerte 20/25 minutos
