200 g Digestive-küpsiseid
50 g tumedat šokolaadi
75 g sulatatud võid
Toorjuustukiht:
400 g maitsestamata toorjuustu
200 g hapukoort
100 g suhkrut
250 g (sulatatud) mustikaid
2 sl maisitärklist
1 sidruni riivitud koor
1 tl vanillisuhkrut
Hapukooretarretis:
3 lehte želatiini
200 g hapukoort
170 g suhkrut (u 2 dl)
