A zippy twist on the chili dog. This recipe makes enough for probably 8 huge plate style chili dogs or maybe 15 - 20 hand held. These can be hot (spicy).
1 lb. very lean ground beef
2 cans of beans - I used 1 chili bean , 1 ranchero mixed beans ,veggies
6 oz roasted green chilis, chopped
1-2 onions minced
1-2 teas crushed red pepper
