Ingredients:

(Mask)
Coffee Grounds and Olive Oil for a Glowing Complexion
Start your morning off with a coffee and olive oil facial. Create a paste by mixing together coffee grounds and olive oil. Mix 3 tbs of coffee, 1 tbs of olive oil & 1/3 tbs of pure honey. Gently massage into skin and wipe away after 30 seconds. The coffee has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties while the olive oil acts as a moisturizer to keep your skin bright and soft. Honey is a natural humectant that traps moisture and holds it there. It also creates a natural glisten on the skin

(Massage Oil)
Orange-Infused Coconut Oil Temple Massage
This final secret not only smells great, it will leave you completely relaxed after a long day. First, you make the concoction by adding the peel of 1 orange to a bottle of coconut oil and letting it infuse for about 12 hours. When it’s ready, gently massage the oil onto your temples, or for extra relief, ask your partner to do it. Just the scent of orange has been shown to lower high blood pressure, while the coconut oil relieves any remaining stress from a busy day.

(Toner)
Honey, Olive Oil & Aloe Vera Moisturizer
One large aloe vera plant
100% pure olive oil
100% pure raw honey
ow To Make Green Tea Toner

The I way I make my toner is I boil 1/4 cup of water and then add in the tea bag and let it seep until the water is warm. Then I put it (tea bag included) into a small container with a lid and put it into the fridge until it is cold. Now it’s ready to use! I store it in the fridge for up to 7 days and then I make up a new batch.
How To Use Green Tea Toner
Step 1.) Wash Your Face. Wash your face with a good cleanser to remove all makeup and get it squeeky clean. Exfoliate if needed. Steam your face with a hot washcloth a couple of times if need. Pat your face dry.
Step 2.) Wipe On The Green Tea. Use the tea bag to wipe on the cold green tea. Be generous. Let the tea air dry on your face. I fan my hands infront of my face to speed up the process. It only takes a few seconds to dry. DO NOT WASH OFF
Step 3.) Moisturize Your Face. Now apply your regular moisturizer. I use a mixture of honey, olive oil, aloe gel and St. Ives Fresh Skin Collegen Elastin Moisturizer ($4 at Walmart) This makes my face tight, glowing and supple looking.
I use green tea toner in the morning and at night!

(Mask)
Silkie pore reducing egg spa facial recipe
1/4 tsp. all natural honey
1/4 tsp. olive oil
1 egg (silkie)

(1 egg is enough for two treatments)
Step 1.) Get your hands on a fresh, authentic Silkie Chicken egg.
Step 2.) Separate the yolk & egg white into two bowls
Step 3.) In the egg yolk bowl, add 1/4 t. extra virgin olive oil & 1/4 t. honey
Step 4.) Stir until well combine and place into the refrigerator to chill while you apply the egg white mask.
Step 5.) Now mix the egg white until frothy.
Step 6.) Wash your face with a washcloth & warm water. Pat dry. Apply the egg white mixture to face (I also do my neck sometimes as well. ) Let sit until mixture is completely dried (about 10 to 15 minutes) *Warning* Don’t be alarmed at how tight your face gets. This stuff gets TIGHT, unlike regular supermarket eggs. I always feel like Joan Rivers when I have this stuff on. I can barely blink.
Step 7.) Rinse with cool water, pat dry.
Step 8.) Remove Egg Yolk Mixture from refrigerator and apply to face using circular motion. It may suds up a bit. Leave on for about 5 minutes and the rinse off with cold water. Pat your face dry.
Step 9.) Ok last apply a tiny drop of olive oil to your face to bring your skin back in balance (ok I so snagged that line from the people at the spa lol. They love saying that.)

Peel and slice two pieces of cucumber. Cucumber has gentle astringent properties, but is the same pH as skin. Including cucumber as part of your skin care regimen will help to restore the natural protective acid levels of the skin. Cucumber naturally nourishes and hydrates the skin and can help reduce circles from underneath the eyes. Apply a warm washcloth to your face to open the pores. Apply the honey face mask and cucumbers. Relax for about 20 minutes while you wait for the mask to work, then rinse with warm water. Once fully rinsed, splash a bit of cold water on your face to close your pores and firm the skin.

(Body Exfoliator)
Coffee Scrub & Body Exfoliator
1/2 cup sugar or sea salt
2 cups brewed coffee grounds
2 tablespoons olive oil

Place two cups of brewed coffee grounds into a small bowl. Mix them with 1/2 cup of pure, granulated cane sugar, brown sugar or sea salt. Both sugars and salt have exfoliating properties because of their small granules. Add three tablespoons of olive oil and mix thoroughly. Olive oil is used to moisturize the skin and bind the dry ingredients together. You may also add three tablespoons of honey to increase the mixture's moisture and binding ability. Take a warm shower, cleansing your skin thoroughly. Apply your scrub while you are still in the shower, without the water running. Massage the scrub into your skin using a circular motion. Rinse the scrub off of your body with lukewarm water. Ensure all of your scrub is rinsed off. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel and apply lotion if desired. Repeat your scrub session one to two times a week for optimal benefits.
