Natviella

Notes: 

High protein, low sugar nutella alternative

Ingredients: 

100g hazelnuts, raw or dry roasted no added salt or sugar (eg Sunbeam dry roasted)
100g of chickpeas (a bit less than half a can) (keep the liquid)
80-100g Natvia™ (adjust to taste: supermarket brands equivalent has at least 100g sugar but i find this too sweet)
15g skim milk powder
20g pure cocoa*
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon lecithin powder (optional: to improve blending making it smoother/creamier but isn’t necessary)
around 100ml liquid from canned chickpeas (or milk, or ½ oil with ½ water)
