Ingredients: 

6 large eggs
2.5 Cups sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoons nutmeg
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup melted salted butter
1/4 cup brandy
1 Quart Milk
1 cup toasted pecan pieces
1 cup raisins
6-8 day old croissants cut in 1 inch cubes
