These are round about measurements, it’s the type of recipe that you could just throw a bit of this and a bit of that and mix it all up!

Ingredients: 

1 cup roasted almonds
2 cups toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup macadamias
3/4 cup cashews
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cranberries
