No-Churn No-Eggs Strawberry Gelato

Notes: 

We saw Nigella Lawson do this on one of her shows for a coffee flavor. We doubled it up and adjusted it for a fruit flavor. If you want to add nuts or chocolate do it after the mixture is finished whisking. Then fold in and freeze.

Ingredients: 

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1/2 cup crushed strawberries
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
2 quart airtight containers


  1. In a stand mixer whisk, at medium speed, all the ingredients except fruit together for about 7-10 minutes add the fruit of your choice and continue to mix for another 5 minutes or until soft peaks form.
  2. Fill  2 quart airtight containers, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Serve straight from the freezer.
