Ricotta filling:
509gr. Ricotta
100gr. Caster sugar
2eggs
100gr. Cocoa dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 tsp. finely grated orange ring
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.
Make ricotta filling
Beat ricotta sugar in a bowl until smooth
Add the eggs 1 at the time
Beating well after addition
Stir in chocolate, orange and cinnamon.
Put pastry in a tart tin fill pastry tin with filling.
Make stripe on top brush with eggs
And sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 gradi to 1 hour or unroll golden and filling has set.
Set aside to cool. Place in the frige.. Remove 1 hour before serving..
