3/4 cup organic sugar
3 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
2 pears, peeled, thinly sliced
1 fuyu persimmon, stem removed, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon organic sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
