Orma's Raisin Pie

Ingredients: 

1 box raisins
pinch salt
1/2 C sugar
1T corn starch (heaping)
1 T lemon juice or vinegar
1 T butter
1 t cinnamon

  1. Cook raisin and salt covered with water for 20 minutes
  2. Mix together sugar, corn starch
  3. Add juice, butter and cinnamon
  4. Heat until thickens
  5. Cool, then cook in pie dough
  6.
