2 ½ c chicken or vegetable broth
3 sausages
2 tbsp butter
asparagus, cut into one inch pieces
¼ onion, diced
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
Italian seasoning
garlic
salt
pepper
parmesan cheese
olive oil
While orzo mixture is cooking, cook the sausage in frying pan with a little olive oil. Slice and add to orzo before serving.
Top with grated parmesan.
