5oz/150g cream flour
1 tbl/15g caster sugar
8 fl oz / 250 ml milk and water (mixed)
1 tbl / 15 g melted butter ( optional )
Sift flour. Make a hole in the middle and stir in beaten egg, sugar and melted butter. Using a whisk add in liquid a little at a time.
Leave to stand for at least 30 min
