Paneer do Pyaza

Ingredients: 

For 4:

Full jeera
1.5 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 large onions
1 Tomato
1 or 2 Capsicums
Coriander leaves
Haldi powder
Dhanya powder
Red chilli powder
Ginger Garlic paste


  1. Take the onion and cut them into 4 parts. Separate the layers and keep them. Hence large layers of onion will be made.
  2. Capsicum - cut into cubes. Pander - Cut in cubes
  3. Tomato - Cut into small cubes.

 

Cooking

  1. 2 tbsp oil. Add jeera and ginger garlic paste ... heat for a while so that the colour comes out.
  2. Add onion and saute for a minute. Then add capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins till they get cooked
  3. Add salt, dhanya powder, chilli powder, haldi powder.
  4. Add tomato and heat in its steam.
  5. Add the paneer cubes and optionally add a table spoon of tomato sauce.
  6. Add lemon or chat masala to make it a little tangy.
  7. Add coriander leaves
