Panko and Sesame Crusted Swai Fillets

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
4 swai fillets, 1½ - 2 pounds total
1½ - 2 cups flour for dredging
2 eggs, whisked
½ cup milk
2 cups panko bread crumbs
¼ cup sesame seeds, toasted in a dry skillet
½ teaspoon sea salt*
⅛ teaspoon fresh ground pepper*
