2 Vanilleschoten
400 ml Milch
600 g Sahne
50 g Zucker
7 Blatt weiße Gelatine
500 g frische Himbeeren (ersatzweise aufgetaute TK-Himbeeren)
150 g Puderzucker
200 g Joghurt
6 Portionsförmchen oder kleine Tassen (ca. 180 ml Inhalt)
