fermento seco
575 g de farinha T65
25 g de leite
50 g de manteiga
1 pitada de sal
Raspa de 1/2 limão
1 c. chá de canela
½ c. chá de erva-doce moída – substitui por ¼
c. chá de gengibre em pó
1 ovo
180 g de açúcar amarelo
Gema de ovo batida, p/ pincelar
