1 cup sugar 3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon zest 1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup crushed matzo 3 (8oz) packs cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar softened
1/4 cup butter (or marg)melted
