Italian seasoned ground turkey
Brown Rice Penne pasta noodles
Spaghetti sauce
Mushrooms
Spinach
Canned corn
Cooking wine
Cheddar cheese
Jack cheese
Cook turkey in a large skillet and season Italian style. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté. Add spaghetti sauce and cooking wine. In a large bowl, pour over cooled, cooked penne pasta noodles. Mix together with cheeses, corn and spinach. Pour into casserole dish and top with more cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly.
