1/2 tsp salt for pasta
1 lb pasta
1/2 lb dice bacon or ham
1 tsp olive oil
4 eggs
1 tsp pepper
Few sprigs of parsley
1 cup parmesan cheese
1. Boil 5 qts water and add salt
2. Add 1 lb of pasta for 1 min
3. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the skillet
4. Add the smoked ham or bacon until crisp
5. Wisk 4 eggs until foamy, add tbsp of pepper and 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
6 Add reserved pasta water to deglaze the pan then turn off fire
7. Add the desired pasta and toss together well
8. Plate and top pasta with parmesan cheese
