2-3 rametti di prezzemolo
1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva
1 cipolla bianca o bionda
2 spicchi d'aglio
1 litro di brodo vegetale
200 g di pomodori a pezzi o pelati
100 g di lenticchie rosse secche
sale
100 g di pasta tipo tubetti o maltagliati
pepe
