350 g di pasta corta (scegliete penne, farfalle o conchiglie)
200 g di ricotta
400 g di pisellini freschi da sgranare (altrimenti 200 g di piselli surgelati)
1 cipolla fresca
2 cucchiai di olio
1 cucchiaio di burro
100 g di panna
Prezzemolo
50 g di parmigiano grattugiato
