12 oz orecchiette pasta
1 10-oz pkg frozen peas
1 lemon
2 Tbl EVOO
4 leeks (white and light green parts only), sliced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3/4 c heavy cream
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
2 Tbl fresh tarragon, chopped
1/4 c (or 1 oz by weight) grated Parmesan
