4 large garlic cloves
2 large white, brown, or yellow onions
16 ounces (450 g) canned chopped tomatoes
1 T. (15 g) fresh rosemary
1 C. (250 ml) cream substitute (see notes below)
1/2 C. (125 ml) vodka
freshly ground black pepper
