2 cans (8.25 ounces each) peaches, in extra-light syrup, drained and finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons water
Pastry:
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons

baking powder

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/3 cup cream cheese
