•2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
•1/8 tsp stevia extract powder *
•2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
•2 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey *
•1 tsp gelatin
•2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
•2 cups raw cream (or whipping cream)
* or use 1/4 cup Rapadura sugar instead of stevia and maple syrup/ honey
