Pita wedges or tortilla chips are a natural pairing for this colorful salsa. Make it a healthy meal by serving atop a grilled chicken breast or fillet of fish.

1 medium mango, seeded, peeled and finely chopped
1 medium peach*, finely chopped
1 medium orange sweet pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil*
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper*
