So yummy made with fresh peaches just off the tree! I’ve also used canned peaches, drained very well.
2 c. whole-wheat flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 c. peaches, pitted and chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
