Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients: 

1/2 C peanut butter
1 pkg (6 oz) butterscotch pieces
3 C rice crisp cereal

  1. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch pieces together in top part of double boiler
  2. Pour mixture over cereal in a bowl, stirring until cereal is evenly coated
  3. Press mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish
  4. Chill and cut into squares
