Peanut Butter Frosting - by Deborah Jackson

Ingredients: 

3 T butter
3 heaping T of peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 C powdered sugar
3 T milk


3 TBSP butter ( could try coconut oil if dairy free) - melt in saucepan. Add 3 heaping TBSP of peanut butter *can use alternate nut butter if needed * Stir and add in 1 tsp of vanilla flavoring, and then 1 cup or more of powdered sugar. Then add 3 TBSP of milk - if too thick add more milk until you get to the consistency you would like. You may need to double this recipe to cover a 9X13 cake. May need to play with the recipe as my mom usually just dump things in without exact measurements.
