Peanut Butter & Fudge Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients: 

Ready Crust pie crust
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 quart vanilla ice ceam, softened
1/2 cup cashews or peanuts, chopped
6 ounces chocolate fudge topping


  1. Mix peanut butter and honey.
  2. Stir mixture into softened ice cream.
  3. Spoon half of the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle with layer of nuts.
  5. Drizzle 4 ounces of the chocolate fudge over the nuts.
  6. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the freezer and spoon in remaining ice cream mixture.
  8. Spoon on remaining nuts.
  9. Drizzle 2 ounces of the chocolate fudge over the nuts.
  10. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
  11. Garnish with whipped topping and additional chocolate fudge and some more nuts on top.
