Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Notes: 

Something guilt free, sugar free, but full of taste!

Ingredients: 

4 teaspoons of peanut butter
4 teaspoons of cacao powder
3 teaspoons of LSA mix
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 teaspoons of rice malt syrup
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 handful of desiccated coconut


  1. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, cacao powder, LSA mix, protein powder, rice malt syrup and cinnamon until it becomes a nice consistency to roll.
  2. Roll the mixture into 8 small sized balls and then roll the balls into the desiccated coconut.
  3. Place the protein balls into the fridge, and wait at least 10 minutes before eating (if you can wait!
