Crust:
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup

Cashew Cream:
1 1/2 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
(1/2 cup sliced almonds)

Pears:
2 pears
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
